1. Your Resume

2. Application selection
We analyze candidates’ applications to ensure they match the profile we are looking for.
3. Phone interview
Selected candidates are invited to short (max. 15 min.) telephone interviews to verify key information contained in their application.
4. Recruitment interview
Those who show the greatest fit with the profile we are looking for are invited to an interview in our office in Warsaw or online (40-60 min max).
5. Practical task
Depending on the profile you are looking for and the type of position, you may be asked to perform a practical task which will allow you to better understand the nature of our work and help us verify your key competences.
6. Meeting with your future supervisor
If you do well in the practical task, you will be invited to the final stage of the recruitment process, i.e. the interview with your future supervisor.
7. Decision and job offer
Once you have successfully passed all the stages, we will come back to you with a job offer.
